Here's what others have to say!

“As one who spends my working life supporting, encouraging and challenging fellow hospital clinicians to attend to themselves, their health and wellbeing, I have found it essential myself to pull up on a regular basis and reflect on the shape and health of my life in a personally supportive space. With Paige, I have full permission to be honest, offload and express myself; I am prompted to stand back, review, dig deep; she offers wise, stimulating, challenging questions to help me tease out how I feel and holds an exceptionally kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental place to make decisions.”

“I would highly recommend coaching sessions with Paige. She is professional, warm and friendly, which creates an atmosphere where you are able to talk through and explore an issue. Her interjections are attentive and thoughtful. I always leave a session encouraged and inspired with an increased clarity.”

“It has been a privilege to have life coaching from someone I trust who put my Christian faith at the centre of my decision making. I have been able to experience significant change through seemingly minor adjustments to life. No issue is too small for Paige to notice, and her perception of what really matters is amazing.”

Janet Johns

“I am so grateful that I completed three coaching sessions with Paige. They enabled me to look at areas of my life where I had become stuck and I was able to discover positive, practical ways to make changes to my mindset and my daily routine.
Three months later, I still make use of the things Paige coached me on. Her gentle, humble, and encouraging nature inspired me. I felt very supported and the notes that Paige took have been really helpful to continue the impact of the coaching in my life.”

Frequently asked questions

What is coaching?

The Institute For Life Coach Training defines coaching as “a professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organisations, helping them to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.”
It is not counselling or therapy.

Is coaching value for money?

How important is change to you? Coaching is an investment in you which in turn benefits those around you, whether it’s your family, friends, or colleagues. If change is important to you, I’d love to hear from you.

How does the coaching process work?

I seek to build a relationship with my clients so they feel seen, heard, and understood. This safe place enables them to assess their values and strengths: what is important to them. This ‘eureka moment’ empowers clients to formulate forward moving strategies.

How long does coaching last?

Individual sessions are an hour long. It is up to the client how many sessions they would like. In my experience three sessions are the minimum to experience significant change, development, and progress.
